30-day free returns
Not entirely happy, or the wrong size after all? Send your socks back for free within 30 days, whatever the reason. Exchanging for another size is arranged in the same returns portal.

How it works
- 1Start your return in the returns portal with your order number and email address.
- 2Choose what you're sending back and why. Want to exchange? Pick the other size straight away.
- 3You receive a free return label by email immediately.
- 4Stick the label on your parcel and drop it off at a parcel point.
- 5As soon as your return reaches us, we refund the amount within 2–5 working days.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Choose exchange in the returns portal and we'll send the other size free of charge as soon as your return is on its way. Prefer a different design? Return your pair and order the new design separately — that's the fastest way to get it.
Can I return without giving a reason?
Yes. Within 30 days you don't have to give a reason. We do ask for one, because it helps us make our socks better.
I was given the socks as a gift
You can return with the order number of the person who gave them. The refund goes back to their payment method; exchanging for another size is always possible without any money moving.
Returning from abroad
The returns portal works for every country we deliver to. Enter your order number and you'll see the return options for your country straight away.
When do I get my money back?
Within 2–5 working days after your return reaches us, to the payment method you ordered with. You get an email as soon as it has been processed.
