One-year guarantee on every pair
A hole, a loose thread or another fault within a year of buying? Then you get a new pair, free. No forms and no return: a photo is enough.
What the guarantee covers
- Holes
- In the heel, toe or sole, including from normal wear
- Manufacturing faults
- Loose threads, seams or a fault in the pattern
- Other defects
- Anything that doesn't belong on a good pair of socks
- Period
- 1 year from the order date
- Applies to
- Every pair, including those in gift sets and bundles
How it works
- 1Email contact@kunstsokken.nl with your order number (or the email address on your order) and a photo of the fault.
- 2We send you a new pair, at our expense. If the design is sold out, you pick another one.
- 3You don't have to send anything back.
How to make them last longest
Wash your socks at 30°C and inside out, no tumble dryer and no ironing. That keeps the colours bright and the cotton going for years.
What if my design is sold out?
Then you pick another design from our range. We send it free of charge.
Does normal wear count too?
Within a year, yes: a hole is a hole, even if you wear your socks every day. After a year, wear and tear falls outside the guarantee.
I no longer have my order number
No problem. Email us the name and email address you ordered with and we'll look the order up.
Found a fault?Email us a photo and we'll sort out a new pair.
