Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please email us first at contact@kunstsokken.nl. We reply within one working day and almost always resolve it together.
The European Commission closed its Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025, so we can no longer refer you to it. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may bring the dispute before the competent Dutch court. Consumers resident in the EU can also get free help from their European Consumer Centre.
